Ask ProCare
What are the advantages of working for ProCare Therapy?
Consider ProCare as an alternate way to
do the job you love. With ProCare, you
work as an SLP, OT, PT, nurse, special
education teacher, sign language
interpreter, or psychologist in the
schools, but you are not paid
like a teacher. Compensation
with a contract
agency more accurately reflects your
value as a clinician in the marketplace.
Because you do not work directly for the
district, there is greater flexibility for you
as a clinician.
We offer an outstanding benefits package that is customized to suit the clinician with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) with match. We pay ASHA dues for our clinicians, offer continuing education funds and provide a materials budget and protocols for testing. ProCare Therapy conducts training programs to prepare our clinicians for stepping into a new caseload.
When can I apply?
We receive applications for employment
year-round. We encourage you to apply as
soon as possible so we can start working
on your placement.
