CCC-SLP School Speech Therapy Opportunity in Houston, TX
 
ProCare Therapy is now accepting resumes for Speech Language Pathologists for a school district in the Houston, Texas area. This position is for the full 2016-2017 school year and is full-time (37.5 hours/week). The speech therapist will be working with an elementary (PreK-4th grade) population. There will be approximately 50-60 kids on the caseload.
 
Position Details:

  • Variety of speech diagnosis/disorders
  • Mixture of Spanish speaking and English students - Interpreter will be provided
  • SLPA on staff that will do self-contained life skills classroom students
  • District will provide materials such as testing documents, laptop, personal office
  • Working with RTI consult based model

 
Requirements:

  • Must have Texas SLP Board License
  • TEA Certificate of speech also accepted
  • Prior experience in a school setting
  • Inclusion model with push-in therapy experience preferred
