Procare Therapy is currently working with a school district near Chino, CA to fill its need for licensed RN.  This RN job is full-time, 37.5 hours, now through end of the school year and the district would prefer to re-sign candidate for next year.
 
Job Details: This would be to be 1:1 with an elementary student (around 12 years old) that has tracheotomy, HME piece, and oxygen during mobility and eating.  
 
Daily Schedule: Job would be from drop off in the morning until dismissal in the afternoon on student days based on 180-day calendar.  School hours are 8:00am-2:15pm; dismissal at 1:00pm every Tuesday.  Work hours would be approximately 7:20am until 2:30pm; 1:15pm every Tuesday.
 
Job Requirements: All candidates interested in this assignment must be a licensed RN in California.  Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
