We are seeking a qualified teacher of the visually impaired for the upcoming school year. The TVI will be providing services to our kiddos in K-12th grade. We have a braillist and an orientation and mobility specialist on staff.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have their Unified English Braille (UEB) certification and they must also be able to obtain a Washington teaching license.
The TVI will be providing specialized instruction and services to our VI students, consulting regularly with special education personnel, parents, and others, attending IEP meetings, and performing other related duties.
