A district in the Grand Junction, Colorado area is now accepting resumes for a School Psychologist position that they have available for this school year. This is a full time position for the entire duration of the school year, and it will close fairly quickly. Job Details:

  • Full Time Position
  • Full School Year Contract
  • K-12 Caseload, placement will depend on preference and availability
  • Minimal travel involved
  • Great support on staff!
  • Relocation assistance available (if applicable)

Duties will include:

  • Help students process their issues and design goals structured around the student-specific problems
  • Hold meetings with parents and other staff to go over educational, behavioral, domestic, and social complications
  • Develop and improve the student’s social skills
  • Partake in special education by managing mental and psychological assessments on students
  • Detect students’ progress and document any changes
