School Psychologist Job Opportunity - New Orleans, LA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a full time School Psychologist to work at a district in the New Orleans area. We are looking for a School Psychologist that is passionate about providing the top services to students to achieve their maximum goals.
Job Specifics:

  • Full Time
  • Full School Year Contract
  • K-12 Caseload
  • Travel between sites (Mileage reimbursement)

Job Duties of the School Psychologist:

  • Provide direct individual and group counseling services to students who are experiencing academic, social, emotional or behavioral adjustment problems.
  • Coordinate IEP team meetings; scheduling the meetings with the teachers, specialists and parents, facilitating the communication at the meetings, completing the mandated procedures and filing the final report.
  • Conduct classroom observations and individual psychological evaluations, and consults with appropriate professional persons regarding implications and results.
