Job Title: 100% Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Virginia Licensed

Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in Virginia to join our team. As a Virtual SLP, you will provide teletherapy services to students in a school setting, ensuring their speech and language needs are effectively addressed. Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication challenges.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support.
• Monitor and track student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Valid VA certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Active ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is a mandatory requirement.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as an SLP in a school setting.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology (recommended).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Reliable internet connection, appropriate technology, and a dedicated workspace for teletherapy.
