1:1 LPN Job Frankfort, IL

ProCare Therapy is currently looking for a LPN candidate to work with a school district near Frankfort, Illinois. This is a great opportunity for the upcoming school year with a strong level of support on staff. If we find the right candidate there will be an opportunity for contract renewal! See details below:

Job Type:

• Full Time M-F
• Bus riding required (Students house is in Manhattan)
• 6th grade student with significant medical needs
  • feedings/meds
  • Suctioning; requires being catheterized/diaper changes
  • breathing monitored throughout the school day
  • Assist student with holding academic materials & transport

Qualifications:

• MUST be registered in state of Illinois
• School experience preferred
