Job Title: LPN to Support Medically Fragile Student

We are seeking an outstanding LPN to provide 1:1 support for a medically fragile student at a school. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing vital healthcare services to the student in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 care for a medically fragile student during school hours
- The student has a trach and requires in-line suctioning
- Monitor the student's vital signs and other health indicators
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as feeding, ADLs, G-tube, and toileting
- Communicate with the student's family, physician, and school staff regarding the student's health status and progress
- Assist with the development of the student's healthcare plan and individualized education plan (IEP)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Washington
- Experience working with medically fragile children preferred
- Knowledge of common pediatric medical conditions and treatments
- Understanding of well-detailed IHP
