School Speech Language Pathologist Job: Paradise, Nevada
ProCare therapy has partnered with a school district in the Las Vegas area to fill an open Speech Therapist position for an immediate start date. Qualified candidates for this job will have a Master's level degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program, and licensure issued through the state of Nevada. This will be a full time position that begins in the fall and lasts through the 2019-2020 school year with the possibility for annual renewal. The therapist will be serving primarily students with a caseload of Elementary school students that will be less than 50 students in this supportive school district. Interviews will be conducted immediately and new grads are encouraged to apply.
Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:
To assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent language, cognitive, communication, voice swallowing and other related disorders. It is required ability to work with children who cannot make speech sounds, or cannot make them clearly. CCC`s and CFY`s are strongly encouraged to apply, the school will be able to provide supervision if needed. We are looking for a SLP that has a strong desire to make a real difference in the lives of children.
Salary for this position is negotiable and will be based on experience. Comprehensive medical benefits, relocation assistance, and a continuing education fund is available to candidate who qualify.
