2023-2024 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job | Parkridge, IL Area

SLP - 23/24 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed SLP to work with children and young adults in a school setting. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children with a variety of speech and language disorders, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. The expected pay range for this position would be $40-50 based on experience.

Responsibilities + Details:

• K-5th Grade Caseload
• Mild/Moderate Disabilities
• ~40 students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans
• Attend meetings and trainings as required

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license or eligibility for state licensure
• Experience working with children and young adults with speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
