Job Opportunity: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Concord, CA
ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position with the Concord School District for the 2024-25 school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor and accurately document student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student achievement.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights on speech and language needs.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with K-12 students.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
