Position Overview:

• x3 SPED Teachers - 24/25 SY
• Full time - 37.5 Hours (Will consider PT)
• Title: "Autistic Support Teachers"

• Caseload sizes vary
• Must be fully licensed in PA 
• Onsite only for now

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction that supports both academic and social development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster a positive learning environment.
• Adjust teaching techniques and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Evaluate student progress and modify instructional methods accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching license required.
• Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of special education laws and best practices.
