Job Opportunity: Full-Time School-Based Physical Therapist in Massachusetts

Position Details:
- Location: Massachusetts
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: $70
- Caseload: K-12 students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student mobility and physical function.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving physical skills and enhancing their ability to participate in school activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' physical therapy needs.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
