Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Palm Bay, Florida! We partner with schools nationwide to provide high-quality education and therapy services. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience working with children with autism or behavioral needs preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
  • Collect and document data on student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
