ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Dayton, OH for the 2023-2024 school year! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for working with students, and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

Details: 

• Full 2023-2024 school year
• Full Time position 
• High School Caseload 
• Split between 2 school buildings
• Start/End: First week of August 2023-Late June 2024 (11 month calendar)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify academic, social, and emotional needs of students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide counseling and support services to students, parents, and school staff
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions to support student success
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification or ability to obtain certification
• Knowledge of best practices in assessment, evaluation, and intervention for students with special needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
