ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and certified BCBA to join our team in Springfield, MA. This full-time position allows you to make a positive impact by supporting students with their behavior intervention plans in a collaborative school setting.
Position: BCBA
Location: Springfield, MA
Hours: Full-Time- paying
Certification: BCBA certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implementation: Develop and oversee behavior modification programs to address specific issues.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Training: Train and support staff, caregivers, and clients on behavior management strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: Pass the BCBA certification exam administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: Complete supervised fieldwork or an internship as required by the BACB.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, data collection, and intervention techniques.
