Exciting Full-Time BCBA  Opportunity in Springfield, MA!
ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and certified BCBA to join our team in Springfield, MA. This full-time position allows you to make a positive impact by supporting students with their behavior intervention plans in a collaborative school setting.
Position: BCBA
Location: Springfield, MA
Hours: Full-Time- paying 
Certification: BCBA certification
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment: Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implementation: Develop and oversee behavior modification programs to address specific issues.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Training: Train and support staff, caregivers, and clients on behavior management strategies and techniques.

 
Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Certification: Pass the BCBA certification exam administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience: Complete supervised fieldwork or an internship as required by the BACB.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, data collection, and intervention techniques.
