Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting assessments to evaluate individuals' behavior, skills, and needs
• Creating individualized plans based on assessments to address behavioral issues or deficits
• Overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Working closely with families, educators, therapists, and other professionals involved in the individual's care to ensure consistency and effectiveness in implementing behavior intervention plans
• Continuously collecting data on behavior and skill acquisition to track progress and modify intervention plans accordingly
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree or higher
• BCBA certification through the BACB
• Updated knowledge of the ABA field
• Exemplary communication and collaboration skills
