Job Description
Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about helping students succeed? ProCare Therapy is hiring for a full-time role in the 2024/2025 school year where you’ll work closely with students who need behavioral support, helping them achieve their goals.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 32-37 hours per week
- Focus: Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to help students improve their behavior and succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavior Assessments: Evaluate student behavior and identify challenges. Create personalized behavior plans based on your findings.
- Student Support: Provide one-on-one interventions to address behavioral challenges, making real-time adjustments as needed.
- Training & Collaboration: Train teachers and staff on how to support students' behavior plans. Work closely with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure students have a strong support system.
- Plan Monitoring: Continuously track student progress and update behavior plans to keep students on the right path.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must have a valid BCBA certification.
- Experience: School experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication and behavior plan development skills are key.
