Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time Position in Manteno, IL

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with a school district in Manteno, IL, for the current academic year through June 18, 2025. This full-time role focuses on supporting K-12 students, with an emphasis on those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and moderate to severe behavioral challenges.


Role Overview

  • Location: Manteno, IL
  • Position Type: Full-time, contract
  • Hours: 35–37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
  • Contract Period: Immediate start through June 18, 2025
  • Caseload: K-12 students, focusing on individualized support for students with ASD and other significant needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Behavior Plans: Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavioral strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with IEP teams, teachers, and school staff to design and track behavioral goals aligned with students’ academic plans.
  • Data Monitoring: Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and modify strategies as necessary.
  • Staff Consultation: Provide training and ongoing guidance to school personnel in using evidence-based behavior management techniques.

Requirements

  • Certification: Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience supporting K-12 students with ASD or significant behavioral needs.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
