Job Description
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2024/2025 school year in Memphis, TN. This position is set to start as soon as possible and will continue through the end of the school year, working with a K-12 population.
Position Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time BCBA
- Location: Memphis, TN
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Employment Dates: ASAP through the end of the 2024/2025 school year
- Population: K-12 students
- Onsite only
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs implementing BIPs
- Monitor and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Train and educate staff on behavior management techniques
Qualifications:
- Must have an active TN BCBA license
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to fostering positive behavioral outcomes for students
