Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) – Malvern, PA
Support Students with Behavioral Needs in a School Setting

ProCare Therapy is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join a school district in Malvern, PA. If you're passionate about helping students with behavioral challenges and want to make a direct impact, we encourage you to apply!

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-Time Contract
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, school hours

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for effective support

Requirements:

  • RBT certification preferred
  • Experience in behavior intervention or special education is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
