Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, aligned with the school district calendar
School Year: 2024–2025
Compensation: Starting at $40+ per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
- Use bilingual instructional strategies to support both academic and language development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to create a well-rounded support system.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (or related field).
- Illinois Special Education Teaching License (LBS1 preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to teach and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Prior experience working with special needs students preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
