Bilingual Special Education Teacher

We are seeking a Full Time Special Education Teacher for a school district near:

• Los Alamos, NM

Requirements:

• M.S. in Special Education Teacher
• Must have an active or pending teaching license for New Mexico
• PED bilingual endorsement

Responsibilities:

• Adapt general education lessons in subjects to assist their students
• Comfortable teaching students with mild to severe disabilities
• Develop and execute IEP’s for each student
• Assess students’ performance, and track their progress
• Supervise and mentor teacher assistants who work with students with disabilities

Employment Type:

• Contract
