Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in Frederick, MD, starting September 23, 2024, through June 13, 2025. This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week and is onsite only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Behavior Intervention: Design and implement behavior intervention plans for students with various needs.
- Assessment: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school staff, including teachers and support personnel, to ensure effective behavior management.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior management techniques and interventions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification: Must have an active BCBA certification.
- Experience: Prior experience working in an educational setting preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in behavior analysis, data collection, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
