We have partnered with a fantastic school district in Springfield, Massachusetts to hire a certified BCBA for the current 24-25 school year. This position will be full time and will pay up to $55/hour! 

What you’ll do:

  • Work onsite with a K-12 caseload.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments + participate in IEP meetings. 
  • Create behavior intervention plans and work with support staff to implement those plans. 
  • Build rapport and trust with the children you work with.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Support other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.

  • You will be reimbursed up to $150 for any expenses related to your state's compliance requirements. 

Application requirements:

  • Master's degree required.
  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Availability to work 7am - 4pm. 
  • Two references with one by a previous direct supervisor/manager.
  • Background check, drug screen + fingerprinting.
  • TB test within 60 days of start date (only applicable in certain states).

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience working in schools.
  • Spent time in special education settings.
  • Any SpEd-specific training or certifications.
