Employment Type: Contract, W2
Pay: $50–$60 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Gilroy, CA! As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special needs and their families, ensuring positive outcomes and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs and other team members.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions for treatment modifications.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
