ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team. As an OT with ProCare Therapy, you will work 7.5 hours per day on all student days, following the district calendar. This position requires a valid ESA certification and a clear fingerprint check. Additionally, candidates must hold a Washington Department of Health (WA DoH) license and possess an NPI number.
We welcome new graduates to apply; however, individuals with pediatric experience are preferred. This position is in-person only for the remainder of the current 2023/2024 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Collaborate with other members of the education team, including teachers, parents, and administrators, to support students' academic and functional success
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including session notes and reports
Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the Washington Department of Health (WA DoH)
- ESA certification and clear fingerprint check
- NPI number
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
