Job Title: Clinical Fellow SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)

Description: We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) to work in a school setting in Chicago, Illinois for the 23/24 school year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language abilities of students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Providing therapy and intervention to students with speech and language difficulties
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for each student
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans
- Participating in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current Illinois state license in Speech-Language Pathology and PEL certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with children with speech and language disorders is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
