Job Title: Clinical Fellow SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Job Type: Full-time

Description: We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) to work in a school setting in Chicago, Illinois for the 23/24 school year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with speech, language, and communication disorders. 


  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language abilities of students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Providing therapy and intervention to students with speech and language difficulties
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for each student
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development activities


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current Illinois state license in Speech-Language Pathology and PEL certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience working with children with speech and language disorders is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
