Job Title: Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Rensselaer, IN

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Rensselaer, IN. As a Clinical Fellow SLP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students with various communication and swallowing disorders.

Details:

• Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• August 1, 2023- May 26, 2024
• Early Intervention Caseload
• Some travel between buildings required
• CFY Supervision Provided
• Onsite
• Zoom Interview

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' communication and swallowing abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide therapy services in individual and group settings
• Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
• Educate students, teachers, and their families on communication and swallowing strategies
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance pediatric skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) or completion of a CF year
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping students achieve their communication and swallowing goals
