Contract Full Time Virtual School SLP in Pennsylvania
We are currently seeking a Contract Full Time Virtual School SLP to provide speech and language services to students in Pennsylvania. As a Virtual School SLP, you will work from home and provide virtual services to students through telepractice. You will be responsible for providing assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students through telepractice
- Monitor and track students' progress towards meeting IEP goals
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and other school staff regarding students' progress and needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania state license to practice as an SLP
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience working with school-aged children
- Experience with telepractice is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer equipment
Compensation:
This is an hourly contract position and compensation will be commensurate with experience. As a 1099 employee, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
