Job Description
We are currently looking for a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher to work with a school district near Greenville, Georgia. This is a great opportunity for the current school year with a strong level of support on staff.
Job Type:
- Design and deliver lesson plans tailored to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, utilizing appropriate materials, technology, and instructional methods.
- Partner with special education teachers to adjust curriculum in alignment with IEP requirements.
- Continuously assess student progress, manage classroom environments, supervise instructional aides, and maintain necessary documentation.
Pay: $30-40 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
- State Teaching Certification in Deaf Education is required.
