Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Dyslexia Teachers, Dyslexia Interventionists, or Dyslexia Therapists to join our team. These positions are open to educators who are committed to helping students overcome reading and learning challenges. You will be working with students across all grade levels, implementing evidence-based methods to support students with dyslexia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group intervention to students with dyslexia
- Implement a basic language skills curriculum to improve reading, writing, and spelling
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning
- Track and report student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Foster a positive, supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
Valid teaching certificate
Relevant Dyslexia Certification or equivalent training (such as Orton-Gillingham, Barton, Wilson, etc.)
Previous experience working with dyslexic students is preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
