What You’ll Do
As a Paraprofessional, you’ll work hands-on with students, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a structured, welcoming environment. Here’s a look at what your role will involve:

• Student Support: Offer guidance in small groups or individually within the Resource Room, helping students stay engaged and focused on their learning goals.
• ASD & Behavioral Center Base: Provide individualized support for students with autism or behavioral needs, working to create a positive, encouraging environment where every student can succeed.
• Collaboration: Partner with teachers and staff to deliver lessons and activities that support each student’s unique needs.
• Classroom Assistance: Help maintain a calm, organized setting that fosters learning and growth for all students.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Certification: Voluntary Paraprofessional Credential is a plus but not mandatory.
• Skills: Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young students with varied needs.
