Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity- Bonsall, CA

Responsibilities:

• Conducting screenings and assessments to identify students' individual needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with students, families, and school staff
• Providing direct therapy services to students to support their development of speech and language skills
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
• Providing support and education to families and caregivers to enhance students' skills outside of school

Requirements:

• Must have a valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in California
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to professional growth and development
