ProCare Therapy is currently seeking an onsite Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for a school district near Morgan Hill, CA, for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full-time contracted position, and the ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in education or special education and a National BCBA certificate.
Job Description: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will oversee multiple ABA trainings and problem-solving, assess, review, and implement behavior plans, and provide ongoing consultation to teachers and support staff regarding implementation of behavior support plans. You will also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop behavior support plans, and monitor implementation. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and runs from 08/2023 to 06/2024, with the possibility of filling in for the current 03/2023-06/2023 school year.
