ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students’ developmental and educational goals and be skilled in providing tailored therapy plans to meet diverse needs.
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to assess students' functional abilities related to their educational needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success in academic and daily activities.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into the classroom and home environments.

Provide direct and consultative services to students based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Document and maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

Stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy within the school setting.
Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs.
