ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Phoenix, AZ, to hire a School Psychologist for the 2024-2025 academic year. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting elementary students through comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations. Position Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- End Date: May 28, 2025
- Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Caseload: Elementary-level students
- Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students' needs for special education services.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to analyze evaluation results and create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide recommendations and consultations on behavioral, academic, and mental health needs.
- Ensure all assessments and IEP processes comply with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all evaluations, interventions, and student progress.
Qualifications
- Degree Required: Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Licensure: Valid School Psychologist certification in Arizona.
- Preferred Experience: Working with elementary students in a school setting.
- Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities.
