Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Type: Full-Time, 2024/2025 School Year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. This is an onsite role, starting September 23, 2024, and ending May 29, 2025. The BCBA will play a crucial role in supporting students with behavioral needs and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analysis services to students in need of behavioral support
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create positive behavior support strategies
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring quality service and professional growth
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data collection and analysis
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active BCBA certification in Colorado
- Completed RBT supervision training is required
- Experience in working with students in a school setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
