Caseload: Severe caseload, Elementary students
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BCBA to work with a severe caseload of elementary-aged students. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address challenging behaviors, promote positive behavior, and support academic success. The BCBA will collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure that students receive the best possible support in a structured environment.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) Certification
- Experience working with severe behavior cases is preferred
- Strong ability to analyze and modify behavior using ABA principles
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and providing staff training and support. The role requires a deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help students succeed academically and socially.
