Full-Time BCBA Opportunity – Manteno, IL

Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a meaningful difference in students' lives? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Manteno, IL, to fill a full-time BCBA position for the current school year, extending through June 18, 2025. This role focuses on providing behavioral support to K-12 students, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and moderate-to-severe needs.


Position Overview

  • Location: Manteno, IL
  • Employment Type: Full-time, contract
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 35–37.5 hours per week
  • Duration: Immediate start through June 18, 2025
  • Caseload: K-12 students, focusing on ASD and significant behavioral challenges

Primary Responsibilities

  • Behavioral Interventions: Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to meet each student's specific needs.
  • RBT Mentorship: Supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in interventions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with IEP teams, educators, and administrators to create and track behavioral goals as part of students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Data Analysis: Collect and evaluate behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Staff Training: Provide hands-on support and training to teachers and staff in implementing behavioral strategies within the classroom.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous work with K-12 students, especially those with autism and significant behavioral needs, is highly valued.
