Full-time Contract School RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
We are currently seeking two full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Radnor, PA. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral interventions to children in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
- Collect data on the student's behavior and progress
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure consistency across settings
- Attend team meetings and provide input on treatment goals and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or related disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple school sites within Radnor, PA
