Full-Time Early Childhood Social Worker

Job Description

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Bronx, NY. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group counseling
• Case management 
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Document and monitor all data 
• Facilitate IEP processes 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
• Provide consultation services with parents and staff members

• Full-time; 35 hours/weekly
  • 8:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Readiness Program: 3-5 year old students

Requirements:

• Active NY Master or Clinical Social Work license
• Active or pending NY School Social Work Certificate
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs.
