Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Boston, MA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This position involves working with middle and high school students with occupational therapy goals in their IEPs. The ideal candidate will have experience providing therapy services in school settings and be passionate about helping students succeed.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • Weekly Schedule:
    • 3 days per week at Middle School (7:00 AM - 2:45 PM)
    • 2 days per week at High School (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
  • Caseload: Middle and High School students with OT needs outlined in their IEPs
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and the IEP team to monitor progress
    • Assist students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and other skills essential for academic success

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Massachusetts OT License
  • Experience working with middle and high school students is preferred
  • Ability to manage a multi-school caseload
