We are seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team for the school year in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will have experience working with K-12th grade students and is passionate about education. Responsibilities include assisting teachers in the classroom and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. 

Job Details:

• Full-Time (7:30-3:30)
• Start Date: September 2023-June 2024
• K-12th grade caseload 
• 1:1 positions 
• Interviewing as soon as possible
• More details upon interview 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with in schools preferred
• Paraprofessional Certification 
• Able to work full time school hours
• Experience working with special needs highly preferred

Pay Rate:

• $20-26 Based on education and experience
