Full-Time RBT Needed in Caldwell, ID Immediate Start Through School Year

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position at a school in Caldwell, Idaho. This contract role begins immediately and continues through the end of the school year. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide one-on-one behavioral support to students with a variety of needs.

As an RBT, you will be working directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and support their social, emotional, and academic development. You will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure that students receive the necessary support to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in behavioral therapy or working with children, especially in a school or pediatric setting.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-time, contract
• Location: Caldwell, ID
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of the school year
• Job Type: One-on-one positions with students
• Hourly Rate: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with varying behavioral and academic needs
• Provide one-on-one support to students during lessons and activities
• Use data collection methods to track students’ progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to tailor behavioral strategies for individual students
• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and school staff
• Support students in developing appropriate social skills and positive behaviors

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, or as an RBT, is preferred
• References: Three professional references required
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
