ProCare Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for 8 full-time openings in Red Lion, PA for the 2024/2025 school year. These positions will involve working with K-6th grade students, both in 1:1 settings and classroom support roles. Position Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time RBT (35 hours per week)
- Caseload: K-6th grade students
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: Red Lion, PA
- Role: 1:1 and classroom support
- Duration: 2024/2025 school year, with potential renewal for 2025/2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support for K-6 students
- Assist in classroom management and implementation of behavior plans
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA (must have your own supervision, or we can help find one)
- Track and document student behavior and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Supervision must be in place or assistance in finding a supervisor will be provided (school does not offer supervision)
- Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
