ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) this current school year for a contract position located in the Poquoson, Virginia area.

Description:

• Full-Time (32.5+ hours/week)
  • $22+ /hour
• Caseload(s): K-12th Grade
  • 1:1 and Classroom Setting
  • Behavior and Instruction

Responsibilities:

• Works with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and ABA to provide behavior interventions for students
• Works with classroom staff to increase their proficiency in the implementation of behavioral strategies
• Assists in the collection and recording of student behaviors, progress, and related data
• Models successful behavior intervention and data collection techniques for classroom staff
