We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide direct therapy services, assist with assessments, and support individuals in reaching their communication goals.

Location: Gainesville, Georgia
Job Type: Full-Time - W2
Compensation: $33+/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to children and/or adults under the supervision of an SLP.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
- Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations as needed.
- Support therapy sessions in various settings, including schools, clinics, or homes.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- SLPA certification from an accredited program.
- Valid Georgia SLPA license.
