Job Details:

Position: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Employment Type: Full-Time Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Caseload: K-22 year-olds

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students within the designated age group.
• Evaluate students' communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' speech and language needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Illinois
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a school setting is beneficial but not mandatory for consideration.
